Special Operations Property Management is the premier "Absentee Property Owner" service on Hilton Head Island. We are licensed and insured in the state of South Carolina for Property Management, Home Inspections, and Mold Inspections. Our property management services are the outgrowth of Special Forces Home Inspections, and the desire of our customers to have a reliable, educated and honest property manager to tend to the needs of their vacation home.

Ken Robinson the owner of Special Operations Property Management is a 22 year veteran of the U.S. Army serving exclusively in Special Operations Units, both active duty and reserve. Since the global war on terror began Ken has served 2 tours of duty in defense of our nation. After his first tour overseas Ken decided to leave the corporate world of technology sales and management and relocate to the beautiful Island of Hilton Head. His wife and children stayed here while Ken was deployed and the community was so gracious in their support. HHI became the perfect place to start over and raise a family.

Being a home owner here on the Island Ken is well aware of what the environment can do to homes left unattended or only lived in for brief time periods. We also have the added benefit of having done close to 1000 home inspections and seeing first hand how quickly a beautiful home can become run down without the proper supervision. Our goal is to make sure this does not happen to your home; as well as insuring your home is always ready for your enjoyment when you decide to use it.
